“Handsome guy, wonderful guy,” Biden told reporters, appearing to make a joke about the situation. Biden was approached by reporters while he was vacationing at Lake Tahoe, Nevada. “I did see it on television,” responded Biden when asked about the indictment. Joe Biden, however, has made no other comments about Trump’s arrest.

Donald Trump is the first US President to have an arrest warrant issued in his name and also the first to have a mugshot taken. And his mugshot has become quite famous as well. But what are the charges that the former President is facing?
Mainly, Donald Trump faces the charges of trying to overturn Biden’s 2020 election win. This is not the first criminal case against Trump. However, this is the first for which he has been arrested. Trump also faces four criminal cases that include separate federal charges of election fraud.
