In 2018, an anonymous woman filed a lawsuit against Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault. She reported that Weinstein asked her to have sex with him and pressured her when she refused. Not only this, but she claimed that Weinstein told her how he had sex with Jennifer Lawrence when she was a beginner too.

He apparently said this in context to Lawrence working with The Weinstein Company in 2012 for her film ‘Silver Linings Playbook‘ for which she earned an Academy Award.
