‘Fire Force‘ is a Japanese manga and anime series which was developed by Atsushi Ohkubo. The manga was released in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine from September 2015 to February 2022. The chapters have made up 34 volumes. The anime series based on the manga was developed by David Production. The first season of the anime aired from July to December 2019, whereas the second season was released from July to December 2020. ‘Fire Force‘ has been one of the best-selling mangas with over 20 million copies sold.
The anime and manga both have a heavy influence of science fiction and dark fantasy with many adventurous elements. The third season of the anime has been ordered but not aired yet. Fans have been eagerly waiting for the third season for two years. The production team of the anime series has confirmed recently that ‘Fire Force‘ will return for a third season. They also revealed how work has already begun on the season.

The official release date for the third season of ‘Fire Force‘ has not been revealed yet. It was confirmed on May 16, 2022. The work on season three has started but nothing else has been revealed yet. The first and second seasons of the show premiered in the summer. So it could be assumed that the third season will also premiere sometime in the summer of 2023, probably in July. The possibility of the season coming out in 2024 hasn’t been ruled out yet, and spring seems like the time it will be out.

The Synopsis And Future Plotline
The anime series ‘Fire Force‘ is based in a world where humans could combust spontaneously. A specialized fire brigade is required where the spontaneous combustion of human bodies is a normal occurrence to prevent people from igniting and transforming into monsters. Shinra Kusakabe, a third-generation pyrokinetic kid dubbed ‘Devil’s Footprints’ joins the Special Fire Force Company 8 to find the truth of his family’s demise twelve years ago and halt the fire monsters.
Shinra and his team look into other fire brigades in an effort to solve the problems of blazing enigma and free humanity from this curse but instead become caught up in the throes of power, corruption, and manipulation. At the end of season 2 of ‘Fire Force‘, the entire city of Tokyo goes up in flames and Shinra along with his team is trying to save it. Company 8 and Shinra are anticipated to spend the majority of Season three of the anime forging alliances in and around Tokyo to support them as they engage in combat with the White Clad and the Evangelist.
