After her diagnosis in March, the Princess of Wales preferred to keep out of the public eye. Kate Middleton had shared her cancer diagnosis with the world back in March and is currently receiving treatment. Now, the royal again shares a new statement about her health update.
Kate had an abdominal surgery in January after which she is currently taking preventive chemotherapy. Middleton said that she was doing well but had her good and bad days. She also said that she had a few more months of chemotherapy left.

Kate Middleton Reveals Her Journey After Cancer Diagnosis
The Duchess has released a new photo of her and a statement regarding her health in a recent statement. She looks graceful in the photo posing in front of a tree dressed in jeans and a blazer. The princess also gave updates about her chemotherapy.
“I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well,” she said in the statement.

Kate Middleton also revealed that she has started engaging in royal duties slowly. “On the days I feel well enough, it is a joy to engage with school life, spend personal time on the things that give me energy and positivity, as well as starting to do a little work from home,” she continued to say.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak Shows His Support
In the statement, Kate Middleton also thanked everyone for “all the kind messages of support and encouragement” she’s received since March. She added, “Thank you so much for your continued understanding, and to all of you who have so bravely shared your stories with me.” Kate Middleton also said that she is “learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty.”
The Princess of Wales’ statement will be especially meaningful to those who are fighting cancer and for their families.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak also showed his support by commenting on the post. “The Princess of Wales’ statement will be especially meaningful to those who are fighting cancer and for their families,” Sunak wrote on X. “They will recognise the same struggle in her words and draw hope and inspiration from her strength.” He added, “I know the whole country is behind her.”
