Meghan Markle paired the necklace with a strapless column linen dress and her hair swept up, allowing the accessory to shine. Sources claim that “the piece was reminiscent of one Princess Diana wore during her visit to Nigeria over 30 years ago with King Charles.” Diana and King Charles had visited Nigeria in 1990.
Meghan also wore her engagement ring which Harry gave to her during their proposal in 2017. “Her staple trilogy engagement ring, wedding band, and eternity rings also graced her finger,” the source said.
Meghan was also seen experimenting with gold medallion earrings that channeled a sense of playfulness and enhanced her beauty. Meghan is seen wearing Diana’s jewelry quite often since her marriage. A Cartier watch that Diana favored is a frequent piece of accessory that the Duchess of Sussex is often seen wearing.
