10 Things We Can Expect In ‘House Of The Dragon’ Season Two As Per George R.R. Martin’s Book

‘House Of The Dragon’ is based on George R.R. Martin’s book ‘Fire & Blood’, which narrates the events of the reign of the Targaryen dynasty that ruled Westeros for nearly 300 years. ‘Fire & Blood’ includes the Dance of Dragons while the HBO series adaptation zooms in on details that were missed in the books.

As ‘House of the Dragon’ season two returns, here are all the exciting events to look forward to that are inspired by its source material.

Erryk swears loyalty to Rhaenyra and joins her Queensguard meanwhile Ser Arryk is sent to Dragonstone to pretend to be his twin brother and assassinate Rhaenyra. Season two will pit a brother against a brother.

Similar to ‘Games of Thrones’, a war for the throne is inevitable. Targaryens will fight Targaryens, dragons will fight dragons leaving everyone in the pool of blood. Meleys will side with Sunfyre and Vhagar, resulting in Rhaenys and Meleys’ deaths. The outcome of the battle is ugly as it contributes to the death of innocents.
