Max has some exciting new projects coming up. They released the first look teaser of ‘A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms’, ‘IT: Welcome To Derry’ and the second season of ‘The Last Of Us’ season 2. The series based on the best-selling video game was a phenomenal success. Now the second season is set to be released next year.
The teaser trailer focuses on the events of The Last of Us Part II. The teaser teases the ending of season one while setting up for the second season. It also introduces some new mysterious characters. We also get a glimpse of the mystery character played by Catherine O’Hara.

‘The Last Of Us’ Season 2 Teaser Trailer Released
2025 is looking up with some very exciting new releases. ‘The Last Of Us’ season 2 is one of them. Max just released teaser trailer and it is looking exciting. The teaser throws back to the ending of season one while also giving us a sneak peek into season two.
The teaser opens with the most mysterious character of season 2. That is the role played by Catherine O’Hara. Her character has been kept heavily under wraps by the production. Pedro Pascal’s Joel is seen recalling the events at the Fireflies’ hospital. In the end of season one, Joel saved Ellie’s life from a procedure that was going to kill her, but potentially provide a cure to the fungal infection ravaging the world. However, he kept most of how he saved her a secret from Ellie.

‘The Last Of Us’ Season 2 Will Have Some Exciting New Characters
Apart from Catherine O’Hara’s mysterious role, other characters seen in the teaser are more obvious. New cast members include Isabela Merced and Jeffrey Wright. Merced will play Dina, Ellie’s love interest. While Wright will reprise the character he played in the games, Isaac Dixon.
From the teaser we can make out that O’Hara’s character is some sort of therapist to Joel. She forces him to look back at his past actions. Some glimpses from the teaser can be made out of Tommy defending his Jackson community from an attack and Ellie hurrying to get away from an infected. However, the teaser establises that season 2 will be as fiery as the first season.
