‘Naruto‘ is one of the most popular and most-watched anime in the entire world. It is an anime people grew up watching. ‘Boruto‘ is the continuation of the series and follows the adventures and life of Uzumaki Boruto who is the son of Naruto. Both father and son are the protagonists of their own stories and are extremely strong.

Who Are Naruto And Boruto?
Naruto Uzumaki was the protagonist of ‘Naruto‘ and ‘Naruto Shippuden‘. He is a character who is not very academically smart or talented in terms of manipulating chakra, but he is one of the strongest characters in the entire series. He is the jinchuriki of the nine-tailed beast Kurama. He is also the reincarnation of Asura Ōtsutsuki. Personality wise Naruto is very kind and has a happy-go-lucky attitude. He is also very caring and loyal to his friends.
Boruto Uzumaki is Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuuga’s son. Unlike his father, Boruto is considered a prodigy. He gets the top results in his exams and is very skilled with chakra manipulation and control. Boruto has the Jougan. He also has the Karma seal which he got from Momoshiki. Like his father, Boruto is also very loud but unlike his father, he is more mature and has a better understanding of the world.
Who Would Win In A Fight?
As mentioned above, Naruto got most of his powers from being a jinchuriki and the six paths chakra. Whereas Boruto got most of his powers from his Jougan and Karma seals.
Attribute-wise, Boruto is stronger than his dad. He has 120 in strength, 90 in intelligence and negotiation, and 160 in dexterity. Naruto on the other hand has 110 in strength, 170 in intelligence and negotiation, and 160 in dexterity.
If a fight were to happen between the current Naruto and Boruto, Naruto would annihilate his son. Despite being stronger than Naruto theoretically, he would be unable to defeat his father. Naruto has extremely high chakra reserves and his senjutsu and Rasengan alone would be tough for him to handle.
He may be able to fight toe-to-toe with his father using Jogan and his Karma mark, but he would ultimately lose. In addition to having a wider variety of Chakra, Naruto also has more experience than his son. This would lead to him winning the battle.
That is not to say, however, that Naruto would always win. Naruto is currently at the peak of his power and his son will continue to grow. In the future, there is a big possibility that Boruto would overpower his father as ‘Boruto‘ continues.
