‘Chainsaw Man‘ is getting a lot of hype nowadays, and for good reason. The manga itself was a huge success, but the anime has gotten much more popular than the manga. People love manga and anime due to their insane plots, characters, and most of all the villains. Denji is the protagonist of the anime and people love him.

Who Is Denji?
Before knowing the love interest of Denji, it is important to know who Denji is. Denji is the protagonist of ‘Chainsaw Man‘. He is extremely poor and homeless due to the debt he inherited from his father. His father owed a lot of money to the Yakuza and after he died, the burden of the debt fell to Denji. He started doing jobs for the Yakuza to pay back the debt and after finding Pochita, he became a devil hunter for them.
Denji sold many of his unimportant organs to pay back the debt he owed such as his kidney and one testicle. It was during a job for the Yakuza that Denji was betrayed and thus killed. He then merged with Pochita and became a hybrid.
Emotionally speaking, Denji is quite vulnerable and unstable. He had an extremely rough childhood and has never known unconditional love. Due to this, he wishes to find someone who will love him and care for him and as a result of this, he falls in love quite often and hopes the other person loves him as well.

Who Does Denji End Up With?
Unfortunately, Denji doesn’t end up with anyone in ‘Chainsaw Man‘. There have been three love interests for Denji, but all three of them have used him for their gain. Denji is a person who needs love and affection and he is willing to do anything to get it. This was easily understood by Makima and she used this to get her way. Makima was the first person that Denji loved and even after the truth about her plans was revealed, he didn’t lose that affection. This is because he said even if it was to manipulate Denji, Makima was still the first person who showed him the affection of any kind.
Reze was the bomb devil and she was sent to kill Denji and get the chainsaw man’s heart. She pretended to like Denji to get him to love her. After some time, she developed some sort of feelings for Denji and wanted to run away with him but she was killed by Makima.
Asa Mitaka is the host of the war devil and she goes on a date with Denji in chapter 113 of the manga. Denji doesn’t like Asa romantically and the feeling is returned by Asa. However, the war devil that possesses Asa wants Denji to fall in love with her so that it can use the chainsaw man as her weapon.
These are failed love interests of Denji. As of now, there are no new love interests and it doesn’t seem like Denji is going to end up with any of the old ones. Therefore, Denji doesn’t end up with anyone.
