Alec Baldwin is setting the record straight on fathering eight children. The actor recently revealed why he and his wife Hilaria Baldwin โhave so manyย children.โ This confession comes at a time when Baldwin is soon to becomeย the fatherย ofย an eighth child.
The 64-year-old addressed how people have long commented about his large family inย an Instagram postย this week. He provided justification for his decisions with some cute family videos.

The producer shared a video on his social media account. It features his two youngest children, Eduardo and Marรญa Lucรญa, both aged one. In the clip, the children are seen drinking from bottles of milk and dressed up in onesie pajamas, which had floppy ears and a tail on them, as they stood next to their mother.
โPeople comment about how many children we have and ask why,โ theย ‘30 Rock‘ย star wrote. โThis is why. The thing in this life that matters most to me are these people.โ
Hilaria Baldwin shared the same clip of her childrenย on her Instagram account. There she expressed how much the toddlers enjoy wearing their onesies since theyโre โsuper animal fans.โ
โSome kids want to be superheroes and royals, my babies want to be puppiesโฆas they are animal super fans,โ she wrote in the caption. โThey dressed up last nightโฆsee again that [Eduardo] always gives [Marรญa Lucรญa] the bottle first? So sweet.โ

The couple along with their two one-year-olds, also have an eight-year-old daughter, Carmen, and three sons: Rafael, six, Leonardo, five, and Romeo, three. The Hollywood star also shares Ireland Baldwin, 28, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.
In March, Hilaria announced that she was pregnant with her and Alecโsย seventh child, who is expected to arrive in the fall.ย On Instagram, she shared a video of how children reacted to their mother being pregnant.

A month after the announcement, the ‘Boss Baby‘ star also shared a different Instagram post to discuss his โjourneyโ as a parent. This is also one of the reasons why he has continued having children.
