    Beyonce is currently on her world-famous Renaissance tour, winning billions of hearts and dollars. Recently, the “Break My Soul” hitmaker was in Atlanta for her world tour, which is one of the most anticipated and awaited tours of the year.

    While in Atlanta, the Beyhive has already shown her a lot of love, and she has reciprocated by crowning the Atlanta fans the current winners of the “everybody on mute” challenge. Beyoncé has also received a significant honor from the city. Read on to know what the honor is.

    Beyonce Gets Her Own Holiday!

    Yep, you read that right. Queen Bey finally has her own holiday.

    Despite the fact that Bey is from Houston, Texas, the city of Atlanta is marking August 11 as “Beyoncé Day.” The Atlanta City Council issued a proclamation in honor of Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter.

    “As an accomplished singer, songwriter, and producer, Beyoncé has continuously pushed the boundaries of creativity,” the proclamation states, “using her art to tell stories that resonate with diverse audiences and advocate for social change. Her dedication to empowering women, supporting LGBTQ+ rights, and advocating for racial equality has had a profound impact on communities worldwide.”

    Atlanta has also won the ‘everybody on mute’ challenge.

    Well, that’s some Queen behavior for real. And she truly deserves it!

    All About The Renaissance Tour

    Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour is her ninth global tour. It was announced on February 1, 2023, with the release of her seventh studio album, Renaissance, released in 2022. The tour kicked off on May 10, 2023, at Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden. It is her first independent tour since 2016’s The Formation World Tour.

    The concert runs for about two and a half hours and is divided into six parts. Beyoncé performs Renaissance music in order, alternating with songs from her other albums. The show garnered positive reviews from critics, who praised its production brilliance and Beyoncé’s performance.

    The tour is presumed to end by October 2023, and she is expected to perform in more than 56 shows.
