A recent shootout in a shopping mall in Copenhagen has shaken the hearts of millions of people in Denmark. The situation is for sure “not the same as it was”. The July 3 concert of the ‘As It Was‘ singer was canceled after the mass shootout in Copenhagen. Recently, the singer spoke his heart out regarding the matter. “I’m heartbroken along with the people of Copenhagen,” the 28-year-old tweeted, adding, “I adore this city. The people are so warm and full of love.”

NBC News reported some fresh insights regarding the matter. Copenhagen police chief Søren Thomassen confirmed that three people lost their lives and others were severely injured. The open fire took place at Field’s shopping center in the Danish capital. At a news conference, Thomassen shared that a 22-year-old Danish man was the suspect and had been taken into custody.
“We know that there are several dead” and “several injured,” Thomassen said. He added that terrorism can not always be a motive. “We do not have information about others’ involvement. This is what we know now.”
