Here’s Jennifer Garner Didn’t Want To Work With Ben Affleck
Jennifer Garner recently revealed during an interview that she wasn’t a fan of working together with her husband Ben Affleck during their marriage. Both of them are actors and had several chances of working together as co-actors. But Garner avoided it, noting that she did not want it to affect their relationship while working on sets together.
In a 2010 W Magazine interview, Garner said that she didn’t “expect to work with her husband […] again anytime soon.” It’s because their dynamics worked and she didn’t want to ruin them.
She continued, “I think he’s brilliant at what he does, but why rock the boat?” she said. “It works between us pretty well the way it is.” Jennifer also said, “I don’t know if I want to go to work with him. I’d be like, ‘OK already, you got the shot. Let’s go home!’”

Jennifer Garner Didn’t Mind Ben Affleck Working Crazy Hours
In the same interview, Jennifer Garner also discussed the challenges of being away from family in Boston while Affleck was shooting two movies. “I miss my girlfriends! That’s the hardest thing about being on location when it’s not for your own project. When it’s for you, you’re on set with everybody you know. But if not, it’s lonely,” she added.
Garner continued, “I can live with Ben working crazy hours. But I can’t live without girlfriends around to talk about men with!” she said with a laugh. “It’s fine if he’s not there; I just need someone to b***h about it to!”
Even after their split, Ben and Jennifer remain on good terms as friends and as co-parents to their three children, Violet, Fin, and Samuel.
