“I ended up working at a warehouse, and I worked at a restaurant for two years. It’s actually good, I’m glad I did that because I didn’t end up like a child actor with some depraved drug addiction,” he stated during a 2016 appearance on ‘Live with Kelly and Michael.’
He chose instead to appreciate the perspective those jobs gave him. His determination eventually paid off as he returned to acting through television guest appearances before landing increasingly prominent roles.
