Kim Kardashian headed to another event in Hamburg, Germany, after rocking the Met Gala red carpet look. Sharing a behind-the-scenes glimpse from the event on Instagram, the reality TV star showcased her ‘Margiela Broken Doll’ look, inspired by John Galliano’s Maison Margiela spring 2024 couture runway show.
The outfit comprised a skin-tone bodysuit coupled with a teensy tiny corset, cinching Kardashian’s shape dramatically. The ensemble further featured leg warmers, gloves with built-in fingertips, a lopsided top hat, and a multi-color handbag.
While Kardashian’s fashion choices are no stranger to controversies, this outfit is being slammed with some predictably harsh comments. Many users expressed their concern about Kardashian’s yet another waist-snatching corset in the comments section.

Internet was quick to criticize Kim Kardashian’s outfit as a misfired shot. While some plainly stated that the outfit is not appealing, others pointed out that it is a harmful practice to use such tight corsets.
“That’s unpleasant. Does anyone find this attractive or OK. It’s disturbing,” a user on Instagram wrote in the comments section of Kim’s post. “Sorry Kim. Not digging it,” another one wrote, criticizing the look.
“This is a horrible message to send to your daughters and other young women. It’s not healthy,” a third one quipped. “Since we broke your ribs u wanna do another photoshoot before they heal? – oh go on then,” a fourth one wrote, imagining the thought behind going ahead with yet another risqué outfit right after the Met Gala.
Kardashian’s Met Gala ensemble was a custom Galliano-designed Margiela look, featuring a metal mesh skirt and a controversial sweater and corset combination. While some criticized her for promoting “unattainable” body standards, some others lauded her for going all the way to achieve the look she wants.
