In a similar revelation, Khloé Kardashian has opened up about what “turned her on” the most about ex-husband Lamar Odom.
Khloé recounted the days when she first started dating Odom on the June 20 episode of ‘The Kardashians‘. Speaking of dating issues with her best friend Malika Haqq, Khloé recalled Odom’s persistence about getting her phone number was what convinced her of him being the one for her. Here’s how the reality TV star romanticized the behavior that is considered highly problematic, especially in terms of women’s safety.

Khloé Kardashian said that when she first started dating her now ex-husband Lamar Odom, she was impressed by how he did not back down when she refused to give him her contact number.
Malika mentioned that a new man she was talking to had been persistently texting her, to which Khloé responded positively, noting that she appreciates someone who knows what they want. “The best thing Lamar did — well, not the best thing, he did a lot of good things — but when I wouldn’t give him my number but then he found out that we had the same business manager,” she recalled.
“And then [he] was hounding Lester for my info. It was a turn on, it’s sexy… you want a little aggressiveness,” she added.
Khloé then also opened up about the challenges of dating again, especially considering her past experiences and the impact on her children. Asserting that she now plans on being cautious about the dating scene, Khloé told her friend, “I don’t want to f— up my kids. So much has already transpired that could potentially f— them up that I don’t want to add to that by bringing somebody new to mix ’cause so far, people have been very disappointing.”
“I’m just not gonna open myself up the same way that I once did, but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. I also think that’s what growing up is, you learn to protect yourself,” she added.

Khloé Kardashian And Lamar Odom Had A Rough Marriage
Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom got married just a month after they first met. Just a few years after their marriage on September 27, 2009, the relationship fell apart after Lamar’s cheating scandal and drug relapse in 2013.
Despite filing for divorce in December 2013, Khloé stood by Lamar during his infamous medical crisis in October 2015. He was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel and rushed for treatment. At the time, Khloé called off their divorce to make medical decisions for him.
However, the couple they eventually finalized their split in December 2016 once Lamar recovered. After the divorce, Khloé dated NBA player Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares two children. Their relationship also faced several cheating scandals, and the couple parted ways in 2021. The two still maintain a friendly co-parenting relationship.
