Olivia Wilde Flaunts Her Butt Tattoo On Instagram
On Tuesday, nearly two weeks after her 39th birthday, Olivia Wilde shared a black and white picture of her friend and herself on the beach. Wilde was flaunting her toned physique and wearing a bikini in the picture. The friend, who has been identified as Molly Howard, was facing the camera while Wilde had her back toward it.
The thing that caught the most attention in the picture was the butt tattoo of Wilde. The director has teased about the tattoo many times in the interview but never showed or displayed it. She has also talked about how she got it when she was a teenager and that she regrets it. Nevertheless, the tattoo reveal for the first time has taken over the internet. Wilde has a small dragon tattoo on her right lower back.
Wilde captioned the photo as “39 and feeling fine. Thanks for the birthday love. I milked it for way too long and it’s been great. Here’s to whatever’s next. Probably not another tramp stamp but who knows.”
Olivia Wilde first disclosed her butt tattoo in 2017, in a Craig Ferguson interview in 2013. She said, “I have a bad-tattoo club if you want to be in it, I have a tattoo of a dragon that I got when I was 13….I was in New York City. I thought it was a great idea. [Dragons] had a lot of meaning at the time, but now it’s hideous.”

Wilde’s butt or lower ‘lower back’ tattoo is not the only one she has. Olivia Wilde has four more tattoos on her body and they have much better reasoning behind them. She has a quote tattooed on her left wrist in a typewriter font. It says, ‘all love, A’ and is a tribute to her uncle. While describing her tattoo, she said, “It’s in honor of my late uncle Alexander Cockburn. He was a dear dear friend. The tattoo is the last phrase he wrote to me. All love, A. It reminds me to love everyone, just as he did.”
The director also has both of her kids’ names tattooed on her outer forearms. She inked both her son’s and daughter’s names on her hands in a light cursive font. On her right arm, she has her son Otis’ name whereas, on her left arm, she has her daughter Daisy’s name. She shares both kids with her ex Jason Sudeikis.
Wilde also has constellation tattoos on her both inner arms. She has galaxy-esque tattoos on both her arms that represent her kids. On one hand, she has a Libra constellation for her daughter Daisy, while on the other hand, she has a Taurus constellation for her son Otis. All of her recent tattoos have been drawn by Dr. Woo who also designed tattoos for Miley Cyrus, Drake, and many other celebrities.
