The power couple is at it again! Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were spotted in style at a restaurant for an intimate dinner with friends and family after his arrest and bail. Rocky was arrested with a felony charge on April 20, 2022. He was arrested for shooting a person on November 6, 2021. Rihanna had to postpone the baby shower due to the arrest. The couple seemed happy.
Rihanna And A$AP Rocky Had A Stylish Dinner In Santa Monica
The artist duo and soon-to-be-parents have made style statements together since Rihanna announced her pregnancy. She also appeared on the Vogue cover flaunting her baby bump. Nothing has changed since then. The duo made an appearance together at the favorite celebrity restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California.
As per sources of PEOPLE, “It was a happy and relaxed group. Rihanna looked great. She sat next to A$AP Rocky and they were affectionate. They dined for a couple of hours. The focus was very much on Rihanna and the baby.”
Rihanna was at it again flaunting her baby bump. She went with the classic black & white with a tinge of silver. The pop icon wore a black bra with a tee and a black coat over it with silver pumps and a glittery handbag with silver-lined shorts. Rocky kept it casual with a gray hoodie tracksuit and a gray t-shirt accessorized with blings on the neck and wrist. After Rocky’s arrest, They were papped together for the first time.
They Were Spotted For The First Time Since The Arrest
The rapper was arrested on April 20, 2022, after the couple arrived from their Barbados trip at Los Angeles International Airport. A felony case was filed regarding a shooting in November 2021. According to LAPD, the shooting happened near Selma Avenue and Vista Del Mar on November 6. The victim alleged that he was talking to two other people when Rocky came and shot him three to four times, and one bullet brushed his left hand.
On Wednesday, LAPD posted a statement on Twitter that included details of the skirmish. The statement said, “Early this morning, LAPD officers arrested Mayers for assault with a deadly weapon (firearm) at the Los Angeles International Airport. The case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.” He was bailed at $550,000 after three hours of the arrest.
