    How Did Michael Jackson Die?

    Michael Jackson was being tailgated for years by allegations of abuse and medical issues. He was insulted and spitted over the harshest allegation of sexual abuse. Even after his public confrontation that he has not touched a child in a bad manner, the media still tried to portray him in a bad light. His vitiligo skin problem disturbed him a lot. To put oil over the fire, people accused him of bleaching his skin to look fairer. Dodging all these allegations, he was back in the public eye with a comeback tour. He involved himself a lot in rehearsals and complained of not being able to sleep. The rehearsal ended around midnight on a Wednesday night with a performance of ‘Earth Song.

    MJ hugged his dancers, thanked the crew, and wished them a good night. Before, leaving them he wished all of them: “God bless you.” There were a group of fans at Carlwood Drive. MJ greeted those fans and stepped into his home. His odyguard noted that Dr.Murray’s car was parked outside just like every other night. MJ complained about not being able to sleep throughout the night and morning. He was then given a series of drugs to help him sleep. Only later did they find out that MJ was unresponsive.

    What Happened After MJ’s Death?

    Jackson was then laid to rest in a star-studded memorial at Staples Centre. Many music legends, sports figures, and civil rights leaders paid tribute to MJ during an emotional, song-filled service on July 7, 2009. On Aug 24, 2009, a coroner’s report stated that his system contained a lethal mix of aesthetic Propofol with sedatives. Four days later, his death was ruled a homicide. MJ’s personal physician, Murray, was charged with involuntary manslaughter. Prosecution witnesses testified that Murray covered up MJ’s health even before and after his death.

    Murray, in an interview, shared that the pop star was desperate for sleep and was profusely asking for Propofol. The jury took about nine hours over two days to produce the verdict against Murray that he was guilty. The judge sentenced him to four years in county jail for his role in the death of King of Pop. Even after a decade after his death, a documentary, “Leaving Neverland” debited at the Sundance Film Festival contained allegations that MJ sexually abused children. Even after the allegations, many came in support of the late pop star. Many fans commented on their pity and requested to let him rest in peace.
