Will Smith’s much-awaited return to Hollywood is finally happening. Ever since the infamous slap incident, Smith’s life has been going upside down. Whether it’s due to his wife Jada Pinkett Smith or the backlash due to him slapping Chris Rock, Will has been going through it in the past couple of years.
Smith slapping Rock at the 2022 Oscars was a widely discussed incident. However, the actor did not address the move head-on to date besides his apology to the comedian. With his preparations for a comeback to Hollywood, a lot of people were expecting him to address the controversies.
An insider told The Sun, that the heavyweight Hollywood actor was planning on addressing all the controversies regarding his marriage to Jada and slapping Chris Rock before ‘Bad Boys 4’. He even confirmed that the film was Will’s comeback. “He will deal head-on with the slap and how he has changed since then. It’s likely he will also speak about his marriage to Jada after they secretly split up more than six years ago,” the source said.
Additionally, the insider talked about how Smith’s team is booking him for several TV shows to clear up his name and address his past controversies. “He is booked to appear on a number of big US TV shows. People love a redemption story and Will has done a lot of work on himself. He also has a huge fan base who want him back in the thick of the action,” the insider added.

When Is ‘Bad Boys: Ride Or Die’ Releasing?
Will Smith’s first film after several controversies ‘Bad Boys 4’ is set to release worldwide on 7th June 2024. The movie revolves around two detectives Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett played by Will and Martin Lawrence. Additionally, the previous three films of the show have grossed over $840 million further showcasing its success.
The trailer for the fourth film was also loved by the audience after its release at the end of March. Moreover, the movie will be directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah as they took over for OG director Michael Bay.
