Woody Harrelson Delivers A Controversial SNL Monologue
Most actors think about hosting ‘Saturday Night Live‘ and delivering a monologue in front of their audience. Woody Harrelson did that recently but said things that are now the talking point for everyone.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 61-year-old actor hosted the February 25 episode where he mocked COVID-19 vaccines. “The last time I did SNL was around Thanksgiving 2019, three years ago, and you will not believe what happened after the show,” he said.
He then continued his joke on the pandemic mandates. “So the movie goes like this,” he started. “The biggest drug cartels in the world get together and buy up all the media and all the politicians and force all the people in the world to stay locked in their home. And people can only come out if they take the cartel’s drugs and keep taking them over and over.”
He said that he “threw” the script of this story that he was offered as it was hard to believe. People were quick to connect the dots as he was shading the pandemic.

Harrelson Started Trending On Social Media
In his monologue, Harrelson compared the pharma companies to drug cartels and the vaccines to drugs. His anti-vaccine thoughts quickly became the talk of the town and he started trending on social media.
Last year, the ‘Zombieland‘ actor had mocked the on-set protocols and precautions for the pandemic while filming ‘Triangle of Sadness.’He said they were a “hassle,” “absurd” and “made it difficult” for him to work.
The actor has joined the list of several high-profile names, including Elon Musk, who believes the entire pandemic was a conspiracy by the big pharma companies.
