“You Just Kicked Hornet’s Nest”: BTS Army Troll Tucker Carlson After He Insulted Korean Band For Their Visit To White House

Today, Tucker Carlson must have learned an important lesson – if you try to blemish K-pop, get ready for the fans’ revenge. Tucker, who is the Fox News anchor and known Russian apologist took aim at K-pop’s reputed musicians, BTS. On his Tonight Tuesday show, he blatantly took a dig at the band.

The worldwide superstars, aka BTS, were in Washington to meet President Joe Biden to discuss Asian inclusion and representation as well as anti-Asian prejudice. And particularly, Carlson is seen not taking it well.

Tucker Carlson Calls Out Joe Biden, Says He Is Degrading America

If questioning the activity of one of the world’s most prominent musical acts wasn’t enough to upset the BTS fan ARMY, Carlson went on to say that granting the White House’s invites to young superstars like BTS is completely degrading to America. He sarcastically said that it is anyway working to degrade the nation!

“Yeah, so we got a Korean pop group to discuss anti-Asian hate crimes in the United States. Okay. Good job, guys.”

Are The Americans Really Accepting Asians?

BTS has previously spoken out against anti-Asian violence in the United States, so Carlson’s claim that their meeting with the US president was just for drama is not right. BTS addressed the rise of violence against Asians across America in March 2021. They pointed out in their statement that they oppose racial discrimination. They went so far as to include hashtags such as #StopAsianHate and #StopAAPIHate in their message.

“We recall moments when we faced discrimination as Asians. AND We have endured expletives without reason and were mocked for the way we look. We were even asked why Asians spoke in English.”

BTS supports the idea of stopping hate against Asians

BTS is unlikely to be concerned by Carlson’s remark, especially with the publication of their anthology album, ‘Proof,’ just around the corner. But Tucker has just ensured that his answers will forever be a wasteland of J-Hope GIFs.
