    Batman is a fan favorite superhero in the DC Universe. Many actors have played the vigilante in various movies. And Ben Affleck also stepped into the role of Batman in the recently going to be released movie, ‘The Flash’

    Affleck has played the masked hero in several movies starting from the ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice‘ one. He reflects back on his journey of portraying the superhero under both Snyder and Andy Muschietti’s directions. So let’s take a look at what he has to say.

    Andy Muschietti’s recently released movie, ‘The Flash‘ will soon be hitting the box office. And Ben Affleck has returned as Batman in the movie after a while. At the premiere of the movie, Affleck talks about his journey as the masked vigilante on the red carpet. 

    Ben Affleck said that he loved playing Batman in ‘The Flash’. Although initially he did not have any expectations or anticipation for the role since it was a cameo, he enjoyed his time on the set very much. In fact, Affleck had the most fun playing the masked superhero under Andy Muschietti’s directions. He also added that he was thrilled to come back for the role and finally figured out what he needed to do to portray Batman. He also talked about Andy Muschietti’s directional skills and added that he loved the idea of his character in the story. 

    Ben Affleck also said that ‘The Flash‘ is a fun and beautiful movie and the balance of the movie is perfect. Andy Muschietti did a good job in maintaining the tone of the movie. His only regret is that the role got over too soon.

    Barry Allen or as he is also known as, Flash travels back in time in ‘The Flash‘. He wants to change the events of the past in order to prevent his mother’s death. But his actions also alter the future and Barry finds himself trapped in an alternate reality where General Zod has returned. So he enlists the help of his younger self, an older Batman and Supergirl to save the universe and stop Zod. 

    Directed by Andy Muschietti, ‘The Flash‘ will be hitting big screens on 16 June 2023. The movie features Ezra Miller as Flash or Barry Allen, Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as Batman, Sasha Calle as Supergirl and Michael Shannon as General Zod.
