The Concert Film Is Set To Open At $150-$200 Million Worldwide
On October 13, 2023, Taylor Swift’s most-awaited concert film will open at the AMC theater chains across North America. However, after the Writers Strike was over, Swift decided to release the concert film all over the world.
Now, as per The Hollywood Reporter, the ‘Eras Tour’ film will have a global opening of $150 million to $200 million. It will reportedly earn $100 million to $125 million in North America, and $50 million to $75 million will be from the overseas contribution. The film is set to release in 100 countries, occupying around 8,500 screens. AMC has estimated the global opening to be $150 million, and it estimates that it will open at $100 million in the US.
