Zack Snyder has added another franchise to his stellar filmography of superhero sci-fi films. Recently, after the plan to have a ‘Star Wars’ film dissolved, Zack mounted the world of ‘Rebel Moon’, which was recently released on Netflix. It is a story about Kora, who is given the responsibility to assemble warriors to protect Veldt. While the second part of the film is on its way, Zack has some interesting plans for the James Bond franchise.
The 007 series had been a blueprint for spy films across the world. It is Albert R. Broccoli and Harry Saltzman’s courtesy that the spies have become suave. In 2021, after ‘No Time To Die’, Daniel Craig bids adieu to the character, and there is a hunt to find a new James Bond. While the hunt is in progress, Snyder has an interesting idea of making a prequel to the film, portraying the origin of the spy.

Zack Snyder Wants To Direct A Young James Bond Story
Every possible aspect of the 007 spy has been explored, but Zack Snyder wants a prequel to the Bond franchise, and he expresses the idea of directing an origin story of Snyder.
During an interview with The Atlantic, Zack Snyder talked about his process of pitching the studios as a feature film director by asking them about an IP they cannot crack.
Zack Snyder said, “My tactic in a meeting was, I would say to whatever studio I was at, ‘Do you guys own any IP that you can’t crack? That you can’t figure out how to reboot or make work? Let me try.’”
The interviewer asked if there was an IP that he wanted to crack. Zack, without thinking, named James Bond. The director said, “It’d be cool to see, like, 20-year-old James Bond. The humble roots that he comes from. Whatever trauma of youth that makes you be able to be James Bond. There has to be something there.”

Aaron Taylor-Johnson Is The Frontrunner To Take Forward The Legacy
After Daniel Craig left the ‘James Bond’ franchise in 2021, Eon Productions started the hunt for the new James Bond who could take the legacy of 007 forward. As per a report, Barbara Broccoli took a secret audition for Aaron Taylor-Johnson in 2022. Other actors like Regé-Jean Page, Tom Hardy, Idris Elba, and others auditioned, but Aaron reportedly nailed his audition.
As per The US Sun, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, who also featured in ‘Nocturnal Animals’. As per the source, Aaron did the iconic gun barrel scene during his audition, and the actor impressed his bosses. The source said, “Aaron went for a screen test to be the next in September, and producers and Barbara loved him.
The source added, “He is now one of the front-runners. Aaron has impressed bosses so much that he has filmed one of the franchise’s famous gun barrel teaser scenes, something all the actors do.”
