Everything To Know About The Plot Of ‘The Purge 6’
Writer and director James DeMonaco has spoken up on the plot of ‘The Purge 6.’ In an interview with Collider, James said that he had a vision of a nightmarish version of the United States for the sixth film.
James said that controversial conservative politician Marjorie Taylor Greene was a major inspiration behind the plot of the film. He added that he has seen films like ‘Logan’s Run’ and ‘Soylent Green’ in the past and for the sixth film, he will be “extrapolating on the discord and taking it to its furthest.”
DeMonaco also addressed the entire series, analyzing how it would have been if all the criminal activities were legal for the entire year. He said, “And it’s a broken America. We’re remapping. [The Purge 6] is about remapping of America based on ideology, sexuality and religion, so that the states are broken down.”
