The Main Cast And Characters Of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’
In a recently released teaser, Netflix announced the first look at the characters of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender‘. The live-action adaptation is set to be released in 2024. The teaser gives us a sneak peek into the four elemental nations – Water Tribe, Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation and Air Nomads.
We also get a first look at the main cast. This includes Gordon Cormier as Aang, Kiawentiio as Katara, Ian Ousley as Sokka and Dallas Liu as Zuko.
Gordon Cormier can be seen in the iconic outfit worn by Aang with the blue arrow on his head. While Kiawentiio spots the beautiful Katara’s blue ensemble.

Netizens React To The First Looks On Twitter
Twitter exploded almost immediately when the first looks were revealed by Netflix. While some are super excited about the upcoming live-action series, others are worried. Some are concerned about the lack of black representation in the main cast.
While others are just worried whether Netflix can step up the game from its predecessor’s absolute failure. M. Night Shyamalan’s 2010 version was a nightmare for Avatar fans. And netizens are concerned about Netflix pulling another disaster with the iconic show.
However, many have also praised the resemblance that Netflix has made with the main characters from the live-action and the original animation.
