His wife Kylie, with whom he shares three daughters, was a little frustrated by the following remarks by Butker. Jason while talking during his podcast discussed the following topic and asked his wife to go make a sandwich for him in the kitchen as a joke.
Jason Kelce Addresses Harrison Butker’s Controversial Speech
Jason Kelce during his podcast addressed Chiefs’ Harrison Butker’s speech at Benedictine College this month, after Patrick Mahomes gave his take on it. During the latest ‘New Heights’ podcast, the retired Eagles offered his take on the sexist, LGBTQ+ comments.
Kylie, his wife was frustrated with the remarks made by the Butker’s remarks, and Jason added more fuel to the fire by asking her to go back to the kitchen and make a sandwich as a joke. “My wife, she was, I think, a little bit frustrated with some of the comments. Initially, I said listen, you’re going to need to go back in the kitchen and make me a sandwich. I’m listening to the game right now,” said Jason while talking with his brother Travis Kelce.
“We were doing so good, we were killing it,” said Travis, and Jason replied, “I hope she didn’t hear that.

Jason’s Views On The Remarks By Harrison
Jason shared his views during the podcast. He continued by saying, “There’s always going to be opinions that everybody shares that you’re going to disagree with and make no mistake about it, a lot of the things he said in his commencement speech are not things that I align myself with.”
Jason further talked about the importance a good mother can add to the family. He has three daughters and he knows what it takes to be a mother and a housemaker.
Jason added, “… And to me, I can listen to somebody talk and take great value in it, like when he’s talking about the importance of family, the importance of that a great mother can make, while also acknowledge that not everybody has to be a homemaker if that’s not what they want to do in life“.
He continued, “When you’re listening to somebody, you take in things that you like, you listen to other things and you say, well I don’t f–king like that.”
Butker talked about several topics culture, religion, and politics as well. He did acknowledge the efforts of his wife Isabelle and her roles as a wife and a mother. But he talked it out in a way that his wife’s overall personality is to be a ‘homemaker’. Many celebrities have called him out for his views.
