The Kardashian clan, Khloé, Kim, and Kylie and the matriarch Kris Jenner are at loggerhead with Blac Chyna. The trials of the ongoing case filed by Blac Chyna are in progress. The inception of the case was in 2017 when the rapper alleged that the Kardashian clan has used their influence and power to halt the filming of the second season of Rob & Chyna.
In October 2020, Chyna’s attorney, Ciani told the media that Blac Chyna will be suing Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Khloé Kardashian for “defamation, intentional interference with contract, and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage.”
On Tuesday, Kim Kardashian appeared on the witness stand to give her testimony. In the scouted past messages, Kim did not want Chyna to appear on the show.
Kim Kardashian Texted The Producers Of The Show To Not Include Blac Chyna On The Show
Yesterday, at the Los Angeles Superior Court, the business mogul appeared to give her testimony. Blac Chyna’s solicitor presented text messages in which Kim seemed stubborn about snubbing Chyna from the show. This cropped up due to Blac Chyna allegedly physically abusing her brother, Rob Kardashian in 2016. Ciani, defending Blac, presented text messages between the SKIMS founder and producer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. In the text, the producer suggested to Kim they can blur Chyna’s face.
Kim was not satisfied with the option. As per the texts, Kim wanted to thwart the shooting for the show. She wrote, “This is honestly so next level I’m going to officially take a break because I don’t want to do this anymore because this is so confusing. This is just not happening. I cannot believe no one listens to us, no one respects us. It’s just not happening.” In another text, she expressed her displeasure, “ok, I don’t know what to do at this point but the level of disrespect is just unreal. Chyna told everyone that she’s on [our] show and she went to go get dreams ears pieced with rob on camera today. “
She continued, “We specifically had a talk about this and said Chyna should never be on [the] show so I think we all need to take a break from filming for a while until you guys figure out what you’re going to do because Chyna will not be on our show and it actually puts my brother in a bad position because he ended up crying all day saying the only reason she showed up was that she was filming. so I think we just really all need a break from filming to wrap our heads around if we want to be on a show that Chyna’s on because you know we don’t so if you guys aren’t going to listen to us you can film with Rob and Chyna and you’ll lose the rest of the Kardashians and Jenners.”
Kim Also Testified About The Violent Incident That Took Place In 2016
During the testimony, Kim denied the allegations that the family influenced E! to discontinue the spinoff, Rob & Chyna. The text oozes the frustration of the family for not wanting her on the show, but the decision was solely of the network to disband the show. The Kardashian family wanted to dismiss the case, but Blac produced the tapped episodes from Season 2 in the court.
The Kardashian also presented her side of the story of the alleged attack on her brother in 2016. She recollected Rob confided in her that Blac is being violent, mentioning her hitting him with a rod. Kim testified that Rob was very vulnerable, and his face was red and swollen due to the alleged altercation. He was also pale and exhausted. The testimony was recorded one day after Kylie testified in the witness box about Chyna’s threats and Rob’s allegations.
