Hunter Biden Pleading Guilty Will Be Part Of A Plea Agreement
The U.S. Attorney for Delaware has reached a plea agreement with Hunter Biden and he will possibly accept the blame for two federal misdemeanor charges of failing to pay taxes. He will be facing a separate charge of felony gun possession that might be dropped if he fulfills certain conditions.
The legal documents have a provision where a U.S. attorney is ready to advise probation for Biden for tax violation. According to legal experts, the charges related to taxes and weapons will not lead to imprisonment for Biden.
The latest updates in this case also leads to the end of an investigation that was conducted by federal prosecutors, FBI agents, and IRS officials for around five years. Hunter’s attorney Chris Clark says that the agreement between Hunter and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware will lead to the end of the investigation that began in 2018.

Hunter Biden’s Career
Hunter Biden has been one of the founders of the private investment fund BHR Partners. He has also been a board member of Bursima Holdings between 2014 and 2019.
Hunter and his father Joe have been accused of being involved in corrupt activities in a Biden-Ukraine conspiracy theory. The New York Post claimed about a laptop computer of Hunter that had around 129,000 emails alongside other materials but there was no proof that the laptop belonged to him.
