Moreover, the show is now being called ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’, instead of its previous, longer name ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight’. Though it is not officially confirmed what the show will be called, show creators are using the former name for the show.

As of now, it is confirmed that actors Peter Claffey and Dexter Sol Ansell will take on the lead roles of Ser Duncan the Tall and his squire Egg respectively on the show. Set a century before the events of ‘Game of Thrones’, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ will give the viewers glimpses into the lives of unlikely heroes and their life challenges.

With a talented team of writers and producers, including Martin and Ira Parker, ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ is slated for a 2025 release.
