‘Dragon Ball’ has some simpler times when the Dragon Balls were considered the strongest things in the universe for their abilities to grant powers. However, as the series progressed, more and more characters and elements came up and the viewers realized that there is a stronger set of Dragon Balls that can grant wishes, the Super Dragon Balls.

What Are The Super Dragon Balls?
The Super Dragon Balls are the original and first set of Dragon Balls. Zalama created them in the year 41 of the divine calendar. These Dragon Balls are much larger than the other sets, almost as large as planets.
Their numbers remain the same no matter from which angle someone looks at them. After a wish is made on these dragon balls, they scatter throughout universes 6 and 7. One must wait for a cockroach’s lifespan, or one year, to be able to use them again. They are considered the strongest set because the gods of the dragons can grant any wish.
The Namekians found a broken piece of the Super Dragon Balls and used them to create their own sets. Champa, the god of destruction of universe 6 has been looking for them for many years and has managed to find three in all his attempts.
Can They Grant A Wish To Kill Zeno?
Zeno and Grand Minister used the Super Dragon Balls to grant wishes to the winners of the tournament of power. These dragon balls were able to bring back all the universes that were destroyed by a single wish. That is a testament to their power.
The dragon balls cannot kill someone who is stronger than their creator. But it is unknown whether the original set follows the same limitations. If they do, Zalama needs to be more powerful than Zeno to be able to erase him. And if the Dragon Balls are truly omnipotent then it is possible to kill Zeno. There is a possibility that the Super Dragon Balls may be able to kill Zeno. However, that is only possible if they are omnipotent or if Zalama was stronger than Zeno.
