Ariana Grande‘s marriage and divorce garnered widespread media attention as the singer was allegedly indulging in infidelity with co-star Ethan Slater while Slater was married to his wife and Grande was married to Dalton Gomez.
As Grande releases her album ‘Eternal Sunshine’ and gives fans an insight into her intimate life, parts of it suggest that the infidelity happened the other way around. Did Dalton Gomez cheat on Ariana Grande?
Did Ariana Grande Get Cheated On By Dalton Gomez?
Ariana Grande dropped a couple of truth bombs in her new album ‘Eternal Sunshine’ as the singer released music revealing details about her personal life post her breakup with Dalton Gomez. Fans picked out certain lyrics in her songs that possibly suggest that Dalton cheated on her.
In the titular song ‘Eternal Sunshine’, the singer sings, “Now she’s in my bed, laying on your chest. Now I’m in my head wondering how this ends.”
Another line in the song goes, “I showed you all my demons, all my lies / Yet you played me like Atari / Now it’s like I’m lookin’ in the mirror / Hope you feel alright when you’re in her.”
This narrative was completely opposite of what the media slammed her for. Months after her divorce went public, the pop star got thrashed for being a ‘homewrecker’ and for cheating on Gomez.
She has not yet confirmed any of the speculations but fans on social media have continued to make more and more connections between the song’s lyrics and what it could mean.

Eternal Sunshine is really Ariana's best album. The most mature in terms of lyric and it's her most sonically soothing to listen to
