This was until his statements started to cause much turbulence with remarks on women and misogynist ideologies. About a month ago, the former kickboxing professional was de-platformed from various social media sites such as YouTube, Instagram, and Tiktok. With millions of followers aging as less as 13, his hypermasculine statements were catching much attention.

    Joe Rogan, the UFC color commentator, had bought Andrew Tate and his controversial statements into the discussion in his podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience“. He had Bryan Callen, Eddie Bravo, and Brendan Schaub joining him in this edition of the podcast. The four had a chat on Tate, about the rights and wrongs in his claims and also about what had led to his ban on social media.

    Andrew Tate And The “Misogynist Stuff”

    The conversation started as they talked about how Tate had not only gotten banned but also that his assets had been seized. “Look, part of it is like a character, and part of it, he’s a legit world champion kickboxer, who’s a hard man, who doesn’t buy any p***y bulls**t. And that’s what’s resonating with young people. The worry is that kids are going to listen to him because he’s big on TikTok.“, Joe Rogan had added his views on Tate.

    The podcast went on to focus on the pro-male and the pro-accountability stuff, which they shared that, wouldn’t have gotten Tate into this crisis. Rogan shared one of Tate’s claims that he thought to be interesting, “If you just concentrate entirely on your feelings you’re not going to get anywhere and that’s true. That’s a good lesson for people to learn.” But didn’t agree entirely agree with his misogynist viewpoints.

    Despite the controversies, Brendan Schaub, the guest host, shared that, the kickboxer shouldn’t be banned from social networking sites. And that he should “have a voice“. Yes, that’s true. A successful businessman as him as the right to voice his ideas on how to be high profile like him. Thus it was shared on the podcast that the 35-year-old millionaire has taken to the free speech podcast platform, Rumble. But what about the sexist comments he made and the assertive gender role ideas that he implanted in young minds? Is it really right to say that men alone made this society and that women should just sit back home? These are just questions to ponder upon.

    The controversial statements by Tate were mostly concerned with toxic masculinity and the treatment of women. He talked about women being like children and dogs and how they went on to disobey people. He also had a piece of advice for men about dating women. It claimed that it was better to date women of 18 or 19 as it was easy to create an impression on them. The millionaire had also commented that the rape victims also had to “bear responsibility” for what had happened to them. His bais regarding women also went on to state that they can’t drive and are property of men.
