How many love stories you can say are written by Lana Del Rey? Well, we have one for you and it’s just as magical as her songs. Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff’s story is one straight out of a black-and-white film and to make it more dreamy the actress recently revealed some details.
The 29-year-old actress married the Grammy-winning producer in August of last year. The only thing this star-studded ceremony was missing was a red carpet for it didn’t lack in A-listers. The normally private couple doesn’t give away much on their life but Qualley decided to make an exception this one time.
Margaret’s Love At First Sight
In a recent conversation with Elle UK, Margaret Qualley opened up about her relationship with her husband Jack Antonoff. The ‘Maid’ star admitted she was “head-over-heels in love” with the producer just two weeks after meeting him. The muse of Lana’s ‘Margaret’ revealed that she had finalized Virginie Viard as the designer of her wedding dress two years in advance.
“I was talking about Jack and said to her, ‘I think I’ve just met a man I’m going to marry. Virginie, if I’m right, will you make me my wedding dress?’I said, ‘Give me two years…”’
The couple’s New Jersey wedding was nothing short of a big Hollywood event with Jack’s megastar best friends Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey in attendance. The wedding was just how Qualley had been dreaming since childhood just a little more sparkly. Despite initial plans for a more intimate ceremony, she accepted the grandeur of it for her husband. She said, “I wanted it to be big with him. It was, kind of, Jack needs a big wedding.”

Qualley And Antonoff’s Love Timeline
So we all know Jack met Margaret on a rooftop and she was wearing white. Now that the star couple has completed six months of their happy married life in New Jersey enjoying their slow life a little further from all the glam and lights.
Qualley reflects on the seamless transition they had from dating to married life: “I think we’ve kind of been operating like a married couple since the beginning” she continued “but I really love the security of it. It would be hard for him to disentangle himself from me. I’m glad the law is involved.”
