In 2018, on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,’ Cole admitted that his crush on Jennifer affected his performance on the sets. He said, “I remember feeling so, so intimidated by my crush on her that I completely blanked and forgot every single one of my lines, and she just stared at me and was waiting.”

Cole Sprouse also talked about how the crew on the set knew about this and used to tease him on ‘The Drew Barrymore Show.’ Cole explained, “I would stammer a lot and I’d forget my lines. I feel like I’d maintain my composure a bit more effectively now, but it was quite difficult when I was a kid.”

He continued, “I was teased a little bit by the crew, because they saw it. I would just forget, and be looking at her. But then, the whole world had a crush on Jennifer Aniston.”
