Kylie Jenner is facing another legal battle after a former employee accused the beauty mogul of creating a hostile work environment during her pregnancy.
The lawsuit includes serious allegations that demanding work conditions and a lack of support contributed to a devastating personal loss. The filing also claims Jenner knew about the employee’s situation but failed to take appropriate action.
Kylie Jenner Faces New Lawsuit From Former Chef
Just two months after two former housekeepers sued Kylie Jenner over alleged discrimination, another former employee has filed a lawsuit against the reality star. According to court documents obtained by E! News, Jenner’s former personal chef has filed a lawsuit accusing her of fostering a hostile work environment.
E! News reported that it contacted Jenner’s representative for comment, but she has not publicly responded to the lawsuit. The complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, includes more than 20 claims against Jenner and several co-defendants. The former chef has accused them of pregnancy discrimination, pregnancy harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
The chef, who chose to remain anonymous in the filing, said she worked for Jenner from November 2024 until March 2025. She alleged that she informed her supervisors about her pregnancy in December 2024 and requested “reasonable accommodations to protect her health and pregnancy.” Instead, she claimed the defendants “continued assigning [her] excessive hours, physically demanding tasks, and high-pressure events.”
Chef Claims Work Conditions Led To Medical Emergency
According to the lawsuit, the former employee also experienced “passive-aggressive remarks” and “condescending treatment” throughout her pregnancy. She claimed that in December 2024, she was instructed to “lift and transport heavy food items across the street.” The filing alleges that the task caused a medical emergency. The chef said she became “dizzy, began choking and gasping for air” before security personnel came to help her.

She also claimed that she reached her breaking point in February 2025 while working a birthday party for one of Jenner’s children without “adequate support.” At the time, she was five months pregnant. The complaint stated, “Due to exhaustion and overwhelming physical strain, [she] broke down emotionally in the bathroom during the event. That evening, [she] experienced extreme physical exhaustion and heaviness throughout her body as a result of the prolonged and intense workload.”
The lawsuit further alleged that she woke up hemorrhaging the following day after experiencing extreme fatigue. According to the court filing, doctors at the emergency room informed her “that there was no detectable heartbeat.”
The former chef claimed she informed her supervisors about the miscarriage. However, she alleged that she was later “falsely accused of leaving the kitchen and refrigerator in disarray” after the birthday event. She also accused one supervisor of reprimanding her while she was suffering from severe depression and emotional distress following the miscarriage.
The complaint further alleged that Jenner knew the employee was pregnant. She knew about the miscarriage, required medical leave, and intended to return to work afterward. Now, the former employee is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. That is, along with back pay, lost wages, lost earnings, and costs, and a jury trial.
