The singer has found itself in yet another controversy with a new lawsuit. However, she is not the victim this time. According to the lawsuit, a photographer has accused her of making him see her having sex. When he refused, he was assaulted and fired from his job. Here is what the lawsuit further says.

Megan Thee Stallion Allegedly Forced Her Photographer To Watch Her Have Sex With Another Woman
A photographer, who was a former employee of Megan Thee Stallion, has filed a lawsuit against her in the Los Angeles Superior Court. The incident goes back to 2022 when the complainant photographer Emilio Garcia claimed that he was in an SUV with Megan in in Ibiza, Spain, when she started having sex with another woman in the car in front of him.
He alleged that he was unable to get out of the moving car as they were in the middle of nowhere. He recalled being “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal,” as mentioned in the lawsuit.
Emilio further claimed that after the incident, Megan asked him to forget everything that happened and to never discuss the issue with anyone. He said he hit a really rough patch after that as he was already overwhelmed with his work and wages. He alleged that the working environment under Megan was also quite toxic with the singer abusing him and treating him like an exclusive contractor.
The photographer said he also contemplated ending his own life at that point. Moreover, when he spoke up against the assault, he was abused and eventually fired from his job.
Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, has denied the allegations, claiming that it is a bait to obtain money from his client. “This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her,” he added.

Megan Thee Stallion Accused Of Firing Her Photographer When He Spoke Up Against Her
After facing assault from Meghan Thee Stallion and surviving his own suicidal thoughts, Emilio Garcia tried to address the issue. But when he did, he was fired from his job after four years of working with her. He then signed a complaint at the California Civil Rights Department, as mentioned in the lawsuit.
As per reports from NBC News, the accused named in the lawsuit include Megan Thee Stallion as well as her company Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment. Garcia is looking for recovery of financial damage and has been suffering from emotional and physical pain since the crime was committed.
This is not the first time that the singer has been involved in such kind of case. She also shares a history with the singer Tory Lanez, where she accused him of shooting her and also faced online abuse for the same. Tory was found guilty of the crime and sentenced to 10 years in jail.
