The rapper took to her Instagram and posted a series of videos featuring her with little to no makeup and clips of her long, natural hair. The first video showed Nicki Minaj posing with a pulled-back ponytail and laid edges. She also posted several videos of her stylist, smooth and straightened hair.
Her caption alongside the series said, “I’m L Long hair don’t care.”

Alongside the love showered on her, fans also openly criticised Nicki Minaj. Some users claimed her videos were not a truthful representation of her natural hair.
She responded to the criticism on Instagram itself. She wrote in her caption:-
