Jennifer Aniston had been promoting her new film, ‘Murder Mystery 2,’ with Adam Sandler. The film is the sequel to the 2019 mystery comedy where Adam and Jennifer star as the couple, Audrey Spitz and Nick Spitz. During an interview with E! News, Jennifer Aniston said that she would like to join ‘The White Lotus.’ Jennifer said that she is obsessed with the show.
Jennifer Aniston is excited to play Coolidge’s sister and avenge her death. In season two of the show, Coolidge’s character dies while saving her life from gay gangsters who, with her husband, want to obtain her inheritance by killing her. But when Tanya gets to know about their plan, she kills everyone. She falls into the water and drowns while escaping the yacht.
When the interviewer nudged the ‘Friends’ actress to play the sister, Jennifer said, “Did you hear Mike White?” Mike is the showrunner of the series and worked with Aniston on the 2002 film starring Aniston and Jake Gyllenhaal. She gushed about Jennifer Coolidge and her love for the actress.
But Jennifer confessed that she did not get a call for any role.
Referencing Mike White’s Golden Globes speech, she said, “Remember when Mike said at the Golden Globes, ‘I know you all passed on it!'” The actress continued, “I didn’t! I didn’t even get a call.”

The Third Season Of The Show Is Based In Thailand
Apart from the conflicts and impeccable storytelling, the locations in ‘The White Lotus’ play an important part in the narrative. Mike shot seasons one and two on the Four Seasons properties in Hawaii and Italy, respectively. As per a Variety report, the third season will be shot in Thailand. The Four Seasons properties are located in Chiang Mai, the Golden Triangle, and Koh Samui.
As for the story for the third season, Mike White has a plan. In a clip attached to the season finale of the second season, he said, “The first season kind of highlighted money, and then the second season is sex. I think the third season would be maybe a satirical and funny look at death and Eastern religion and spirituality. It feels like it could be a rich tapestry to do another round at White Lotus.”
