The Authority was introduced back in 1999 and they have been a brutal group of superheroes that were giving importance to a successful mission. The group also had an impact on Marvel Comics and what became of the author of the second volume, Mark Millar.

‘Superman: Legacy’ will not be an original story and it will put focus on the superhero’s younger version as a reporter speaking to key characters like Lois Lane while he embarks on a journey to reconcile his origins as a Kryptonian with his human family.
James Gunn started writing the film after joining DC Studios in 2022. While the future of the franchise was revealed in January 2023, the film’s title is stated to be ‘Superman: Legacy’ and it is scheduled to be released on July 11, 2025.
