There is rarely anyone who isn’t aware of ‘One Piece’ anime. Whether you are an anime lover or not, surely you would’ve heard of the name in the least. Since its very first release, Oda’s masterpiece has captured an audience worldwide. The Straw Hat Crew has won the hearts of several thousand fans with their bizarre journey, friendship, loyalty, and character development.
The world of ‘One Piece’ is ruled by the strongest. In such a scenario, the KIngs of the ocean are introduced. Each possesses unique power and abilities and is the ruler of Conqueror’s Haki. To become stronger and prevail in the ocean, Haki is an essential power. Amongst Luffy’s crew, there are potential Haki users, with the protagonist being one of them.

Does Sanji Have The Ability To Use Conqueror’s Haki?
Haki in ‘One Piece’ is differentiated into two categories. The normal Haki and the Conqueror’s Haki. While some may be able to awaken their innate Haki power at any time, Conqueror’s Haki on the other side is a whole different story. One has to be born with Conqueror’s Haki, or someone who possesses a great desire to conquer something, having a kingly attitude can use Conqueror’s Haki.
In this sense, we can see why Luffy can use Conqueror’s Haki, as he has a great desire to find One Piece, and become ruler of the ocean. Simultaneously, he is also the son of Dragon, the revolutionary head, and is a distant relative of the former Pirate King, Gold D. Roger. While Zoro has shown significant potential in awakening his Conqueror’s Haki, Sanji still stands questionable at this point.
Zoro and Sanji are considered the wings of the future Pirate King, with Sanji falling behind the other two. Sanji’s deepest wish is to keep his crewmates safe and healthy. He took up the role of a chief, as he thought food brings happiness to one. Unlike Zoro who wishes to become the best swordsman in the world or Luffy who has lofty aspirations, Sanji doesn’t have any in comparison with these.
Though, his kindness and willingness to protect others despite dying himself is a strong will in itself. We may also see him awaken his Conqueror’s Haki at one point in the series before Oda decides to put a full stop to this series. As of now, there are no mentions of Sanji using or possessing Conqueror’s Haki. he may do so later in the series, as the series is already stated in its final arc.

Sanji Does Possess Two Types Of Haki
Though Sanji does not possess Conqueror’s Haki at this point, he does have normal Haki. He is an adept user of Observation Haki and Armament Haki. during the time skip, Sanji spent his two years on Momoiro Island, getting tortured and trained by the Newkama. He was so scared that the Newkama will transform his gender that he used to stay alert of his surrounding.
This developed his innate Observation Haki. In a similar way, while running desperately from them, he flew into the sky one day, and later through training he developed his Armament Haki. Maybe he would have also developed his Conqueror’s Haki after training (getting tortured) under Emperor Ivanov for another year or two.
