FOX Sports And Tom Brady Reveal World Cup 2026 Campaign

FOX Sports has officially launched its campaign for the FIFA World Cup 2026, rolling out a star-studded commercial titled “Miracle” ahead of the tournament’s June 11 kickoff. Debuting on May 4, the campaign underscores FOX Sports’ role as the English-language broadcaster for all 104 matches across its platforms.

The cinematic spot blends sport and spectacle, featuring U.S. Men’s National Team stars alongside high-profile appearances from Tom Brady, Zlatan Ibrahimović, former U.S. head coach Bruce Arena, and U.S. hockey icon Mike Eruzione. Set to “The Impossible Dream” by Elvis Presley, the ad imagines a historic scenario where the United States lifts the World Cup trophy.

“The 2026 World Cup is going to be an event unlike anything this country has ever seen before – more teams, more matches, and it’s happening right here in our own backyard on America’s 250th birthday. We couldn’t think of a better way to capture the American spirit and this celebratory moment than dreaming of what it might look like if the U.S. won it all,” said Robert Gottlieb, President, Marketing, FOX Sports.

He added, “Our campaign invites fans to imagine the ‘what if?’ and feel the excitement a tournament of this magnitude brings.” The commercial first aired during the MLB programming on May 2 and unfolds like a Hollywood-style finale.

It envisions a dramatic World Cup final, with Christian Pulisic scoring the decisive goal, sparking jubilant celebrations across the country, including a euphoric scene in Times Square. The story then snaps back to reality inside a bar, where Eruzione delivers the iconic line: “You don’t believe in miracles?”

Participants in the 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign shared their reactions following the release. Tom Brady said, “Zlatan is a good sport, and I had a blast filming the promo. Everyone will be watching the World Cup this summer, and I can’t wait to see what our U.S. team can do when they compete against the best in the world.”

U.S. midfielder Tyler Adams also addressed the campaign’s themes. “Michael Strahan is a New York sports legend, and it would be amazing to be mentioned alongside him. That’s what success in a World Cup can do, and we’re excited and proud to represent the United States in front of our own fans here at home.”
