Logan Paul recently shared a behind-the-scenes moment with John Cena after getting a trading card featuring the duo autographed by the 17-time world champion. Paul posted a video on X showing Cena signing a rare Topps card that featured both WWE stars holding championship titles.
The card was inspired by a viral in-ring moment ahead of Money in the Bank 2025, when Cena displayed the Undisputed WWE Championship while Paul held Jey Uso’s World Heavyweight Championship. In the video, Paul appeared thrilled as he handed the card to Cena for the autograph.
‘The Maverick’ later reflected on the moment in the caption of his post. “Getting John Cena to autograph a trading card that we’re on together is a life moment,” he wrote.

Cena and Paul previously teamed up during Cena’s retirement tour. The pair faced Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso at Money in the Bank 2025 following Cena’s shocking heel turn last year. The trading card gained online attention after Topps released it as part of a rare collectible set tied to the segment in which Cena and Paul held rival world championships inside the ring.

During Backlash 2026, John Cena also announced the launch of a new WWE event called The John Cena Classic. According to the 17-time world champion, the event will feature matches between NXT talent and WWE main roster stars. He also confirmed the debut of a new championship tied to the show.
Cena said at the event, “I am so honored tonight to announce to you, The John Cena Classic. An entire evening of the best of today competing with the best of tomorrow. An entire event where WWE Superstars and NXT Superstars get an opportunity to give you all they have in hopes to be crowned a champion.”
He added, “That’s right, we are making history here tonight because we have a brand new event and the debut of a brand new championship in WWE. And not just any championship, this is an event, and this is a championship I’m personally putting my name on. So, I am going to strive for a certain level of excellence, and I’m also going to do everything I can to make it special.”

The WWE legend also stated that fans would help determine the winner of the new John Cena Classic Championship through a voting system connected to the event.
