Another big win for the talented actress Zendaya at the Emmys 2022. She won the Emmys for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. Her role as Rue Bennett is what earned her this award. Kenan Thompson Trolls Zendaya With Leonardo DiCaprio’s Dating Pattern
During his time on stage, Kenan Thompson had set some time to discuss the dating life of the 47-year- old actor Leonardo Dicaprio. It was recently that the ‘The Revenant‘ actor broke up with his girlfriend of four years, Camila Morrone, who that just turned 25. With the breakup, the actor has been called out for dating only women under the age of 25.
Obviously, Kenan did not want to miss his chance to troll on a hot topic in Hollywood. Thus he took to Zendaya, who celebrated her 26th birthday over a week ago. “Zendaya just turned 26. 26 is a weird age in Hollywood. Young enough to play a high school student, but too old to date Leonardo DiCaprio,” Kenan remarked. The crowd laughed while Zendaya covered her smiling face away from the camera panning towards her.

Historic Win For The ‘Euphoria’ Star
Making her win at the Emmys, Zendaya gave a heartfelt acceptance speech to the audience. “I just want to say thank you to everyone who has shared their story with me. I want you to know that anyone who has loved a Rue, or feels like they are a Rue. I want you to know that I am so grateful for your stories.“, the actress spoke.
On Monday, Zendaya won her second Emmy Award for best actress in a drama series for her portrayal of Rue in ‘Euphoria‘. She had previously won the award for the same role in 2020, which made her the youngest person to win that Emmy for best actress in a drama at 24. With the second win, she becomes the only Black woman to win two Emmys in this category. Also now she holds the record as the youngest to win two Emmys in the best actress category. And this is a historic win for the star!
