Marvel and DC are two franchises that have brought a lot of profits to the box office. They have introduced several superheroes and supervillains that have been featured in various projects and the producers have done their best to cast someone who can portray the roles perfectly.

New Marvel And DC Comic Book Releases Of 2023
1. The Marvels
Directed by Nia DaCosta, ‘The Marvels’ will be a sequel to ‘Captain Marvel’, released in 2019. Brie Larson will reprise her role in the lead and it is scheduled to be released on November 10, 2023.
2. Secret Invasion
‘Secret Invasion’ is one of the highly anticipated projects of the MCU. The series will be streaming on Disney+ and Samuel L. Jackson will return as Nick Fury. It is scheduled to be released on June 21, 2023.
3. Agatha: Coven of Chaos
Apart from Wanda and Vision, Agatha Harkness was also praised for her screen presence in ‘WandaVision.’ Kathryn Hahn will reprise her role again and it is expected to premiere sometime in 2023 or 2024.
4. The Flash
While the Flash has already appeared in a long-running TV show, audiences have been waiting for the character to get a standalone film. Now after several delays and anticipation, ‘The Flash’ is scheduled to be released on June 16, 2023. Directed by Andy Muschietti, Ezra Miller will be reprising his role.

5. Blue Beetle
Blue Beetle will be finally making his cinematic debut after a long wait. Directed by Angel Man Soto, ‘Blue Beetle’ is releasing on August 18, 2023, and the lead role will be portrayed by Xolo Mariduena.
6. Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom
‘Aquaman’ turned out to be a profitable project when it was released in 2018. The producers took some time to bring a sequel and after being delayed multiple times, ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’ is scheduled to be released on December 20, 2023. James Wan has returned to the director’s chair again and Jason Momoa is reprising the lead role.
7. Loki Season 2
‘Loki’ received a positive response when it was released on Disney+ in 2021. A second season was confirmed even before the release and it is now scheduled to premiere sometime in 2023.
