The ending of ‘Loki‘ season one left the fans on the edge of their seats with the introduction of He Who Remains. Also, it introduced the fans to the concept of a multiverse which then was carried over in ‘Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness’ and ‘Antman and the Wasp: Quantamania’.
The post-credit scene of ‘Antman and the Wasp: Quantamania’ left the fans baffled when it introduced the fans to Victor Timely, who supposedly will play a bigger role in the Multiverse. However, season two of ‘Loki‘ plans to explore the new Marvel villain Victor Timely facing off against Tom Hiddleston’s Loki and Sophia Di Martino’s Sylvie Lauffeydottir.

Who Is Victor Timely In The MCU?
It is already established that Kang and his variants are the biggest threat in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. MCU explored Kang’s powers in the third installment of Antman, and by the end of it, a new variant of Kang was introduced – Victor Timely. Unlike Kang the Conqueror, Victor Timely is not the most dangerous, in fact, he is the brainiest of all. One thing can be established for sure and that is Loki has perceived the kind of threat Victor Timely posed and is not to be taken lightly.
In the Marvel comics, Victor Timely is a variant of Kang who traveled back in time to the year 1901 to set up a town called Timely, Wisconsin, which became the powerhouse of technology with the help of his knowledge. Although Timely might not be as powerful as Kang the Conquer, his presence has spooked and terrified the god of mischief.

Why Is Victor Timely Dangerous?
In the Marvel comics, Victor Timely is a version of Kang who decides to travel back to the 20th century after Kang Prime defeated his attempt to take over the modern world. Timely so desperately wanted to control the modern world, that he traveled back in time to the start of the 20th century and set up a city with the help of his extravagant tech knowledge.
In Timely, Victor’s influence and knowledge of futuristic technology set up businesses and factories that soon became Timely industries. Timely sounds similar to one particular tech genius who revolutionized the Stark industries. But Victor’s appearance in ‘Loki‘ season 2, will help Loki and his crew explore in depth about the multiverse and know more about Kang’s variants. Loki for sure is not afraid of Victor Timely’s strength instead is intimidated by his knowledge.
