    Jennifer Lopez is back in the limelight with the brand new trailer for halftime, a new Netflix Documentary. The new documentary is looking back on her illustrious career. “Half-time” is centered around the 2020 Super Bowl show. This brand new documentary features the behind-the-scenes footage of the singer. Her preparation for the Half-time performance which brought her huge fame along with an Emmy win out of four nominations is also part of it.

    The global superstar Jennifer Lopez is just getting started. The new Netflix documentary half time debut on the opening night at the Tribeca Film Festival on 8 June. The Oscar-nominated Amanda Mitchley is directing the project which is going to premiere on June 14. Have a look at the trailer below.

    According to the trailer, the feature film will show Jennifer Lopez as an icon whose determination is an example to the media, her peers, and respective music and film industries. “I’m trying to give you something with substance, not just us shaking our asses,” Lopez says in the trailer, during rehearsals for her halftime performance. “I want something real.”

    The film also showcases some brand new footage of the Diva. Half time features Jennifer performing at the inauguration of president Joe Biden where she rocked the stage singing “This land is your land” and “America, the Beautiful”. It also reveals the behind-the-scenes stories of the sensation from her 2019 movie “Hustlers”. Unfortunately, this wonderful creation failed to earn an Oscar nomination which no doubt affected J. Lo a lot.

    The new documentary reflects the entire career of Jennifer Lopez in bits and pieces. How “Jenny from the Block” grew up in the castle hill neighborhood of the Bronx. How she gained her name and fame with her performance as Tejano singer Selena in the 1997 biopic about her life. The film will also cover Lopez’s ventures into music. It began with the 1999 album “On the 6,” a cornerstone of the late ’90s Latin pop movement, as well as her other iconic albums such as “J.Lo” and “This is Me…Then.”
