‘Fein’ singer Travis Scott is known for his squawky live performances during his concerts. But no one can forget the harsh ‘Astroworld’ festival from 2021 where 10 people died, and he wasn’t charged for it. But the singer got arrested and booked for trespassing.
The ‘Sicko Mode‘ singer got arrested and booked in Miami Dade County Jail early this morning for trespassing property even after being given a warning and disorderly intoxication.

Travis Scott Defends Himself By Saying “It’s Miami”
Jacques Bermon Webster, famously known as Travis Scott got arrested this Thursday at 1.44 am, at the Miami Beach Marina and was booked into the jail at 4.35 am, according to the jail records and the authorities. He was arrested and booked in Miami-Dade due to trespassing property after being given warnings and disorderly intoxication.
A $650 bond has been summited against him, according to the jail records. Scott was released from the jail at 8.00 am Thursday, as reported by Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County.
The incident took place during the early morning when the singer was on his charter boat and was involved in a dispute with the crew. Later, the officers were called to the Marina and he was asked to leave. Travis left the place but came back again and got involved in a dispute again with the crew and refused to leave for which he was arrested by the police, as reported by the officials.
“The defendant later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated, ‘It’s Miami,‘” which is sourced from the affidavit.

Details Of The Police Report
The singer’s affidavit reveals further details about the incident. According to it, the police were called due to a fight between a few people on a yacht. The officers who reached there saw Travis yelling at the occupants and they also mentioned that there was a “sense a strong smell of alcohol” on his breath.
There were no physical injuries as reported to CNN by a close person of Scott. Further, the ‘Goosebumps’ singer was asked to leave or a face arrest, after which he left the marina. But, he came back, disregarded the officers, commanded not to go back to the yacht, and “began yelling once again, becoming erratic disturbing the peace” as mentioned in the affidavit, and was taken into custody after that.
Travis Scott had a breakthrough with his 2018 album ‘Astroworld’, which featured a lot of artists including Drake and Scott was also nominated for a Grammy for his song ‘Sicko Mode’. But the singer got in trouble for an Astroworld festival in 2021. Due to a lot of crowd and less space for oxygen, 10 people were killed and 300 got injured at the festival, for which Travis wasn’t charged it.
