This is because they are “terrified” that Harry and Meghan will leak anything they talk about in private, to the press. In his book, the Duke of Sussex claimed that William once physically attacked him.

There have been many reports on whether the couple will attend King Charles III’s coronation ceremony or not. It is slated to take place on Saturday, May 6 this year.
Though the couple has received an invitation from Buckingham Palace, they have not confirmed if they will be in attendance or not. Reportedly, Harry and Meghan are demanding the balcony gathering space for the event.
Recently, they were evicted from the Frogmore Cottage, which served as their residence in the UK. Media reports stated that King Charles was upset with the things Harry wrote in his memoir and hence, took this step.
